This procedure can either be done in single visit or multiple visits.

Advantages over multiple visit rct?
This will definitely reduce your frequency of visiting the dentist’s clinic
Also it prevents inter appointment contamination.
What equipments do you use?
We use advanced equipments like digital x-rays, Advanced rotary instruments and Endomotor To perform precise and successful root canal treatment .
Do I need rct?
If you have a tooth pain , broken, fractured or infected tooth ,you will need to have a consultation and possible root canal treatment for sure.
A definite final diagnosis will be made once we take your tooth’s x ray.
How is it done?
1. Root canal treatment begins with the standard drill to access the inside of the tooth
2. Round drills can be used to remove decay and to expose the canals
3. Tiny files are then used to remove the contents of these canals
4. We then gently clean and shape these canals
5. Then after checking the cone size , we place rubber cones covered with a liquid sealer into the canals
6. Once enough cones have been placed , spreading instruments can then be used to compact the cones even further after the canal is tightly sealed.
Do I need “cap” after rct?
After the root canal treatment, the tooth is still in a weakened state and can break with heavy biting forces.
So, the best treatment usually involves preparing the tooth and then covering it with a full crown sometimes called a cap
And to protect the tooth from abrasion, injury and stress.
can I delay the root canal treatment?
If you have pain in your tooth, you definitely need to have it checked and pongoing severe pain usually means an active infection which needs your dentist’s attention even if your pain has subsided , you must get it checked ;
the sooner you deal with it ,the better will be your prognosis!!
